Property Management Division manages 1,129 rental homes in 24 properties, which provides housing for nearly 4,000 residents who earn extremely low to moderate incomes. The majority of CEDC residents are low-income, disabled, or seniors. Units for farmworker families represent 32 percent of CEDC’s portfolio.
