Derrick’s leadership extends beyond project management; he actively mentors and supports the team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the organization. He also noted what a strong team CEDC has in the development department and how fortunate he is to work with them.
A highlight for Derrick has been moving multiple projects through the pipeline and witnessing their progress. The milestones achieved in these new housing developments are a testament to his dedication and expertise in navigating complex financing structures and regulatory processes. As the projects near their construction phases, Derrick’s hands-on approach and proactive mindset have been instrumental in overcoming challenges and ensuring success.
