English as a Second Language classes provide English and American culture lessons to help students at work and school, with their family, and in society. We have an instructor who teaches classes at our Villa Victoria community. This class takes place every Thursday from 5:00pm-6:30pm. We want to extend an invitation to Oxnard residents to join us at our ESL classes.
