With over 15 years of experience in leading housing projects, Jerrick brings expertise and leadership that aligns with our mission to provide quality, affordable homes. His innovative approach will help us expand the reach and impact of our housing developments, ensuring more families have access to the stable, secure housing they need to thrive.

We are equally excited to introduce Bianca Farmer as the Director of Resident and Community Services. Bianca, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, brings a deep passion for supporting families and individuals, embodying CEDC’s commitment to providing service-enriched communities. Her dedication to resident well-being will play a key role in helping our residents build strong, supportive foundations for their futures.

Brenda Mares, a valued member of CEDC, has been promoted to Director of Human Resources. Her leadership has been essential in creating a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers our team members to succeed. Maria Quintero’s promotion to Director of Compliance is a reflection of CEDC’s commitment to promoting from within and recognizing the talents of our team. Since joining in 2008, Maria has consistently demonstrated excellence in her roles, including her work as Interim Director of Project Management.
