Project Summary

Camino De Salud, will be located at 11432 North Ventura Avenue in Ojai, California. Camino de Salud will be a supportive housing development providing 49-units of new affordable housing to the unincorporated area just outside of the City of Ojai. The subject is a proposed property that will contain a total of 49 units. The property will consist of one three-story elevator building. The complex will offer efficiency units. The building will have corrugated metal and board and batten siding exteriors, mcelroy roofing, aluminum anodized windows and fiberglass doors. The developer is applying for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) at 30 and 60 percent of the area median income. The property will contain a non-revenue manager unit, in addition to the unit mix noted in the unit mix tab. Each unit will contain a refrigerator, range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, vinyl flooring, blinds, safety bars and in-unit Wi-Fi. The property will contain the following project amenities: a meeting room, dining room, covered picnic areas, educational classes, charging station, service coordinator, community garden, laundry facility, on-site management, on-site maintenance, limited access gating, perimeter fencing, video surveillance, neighborhood network, non-shelter services, bike storage and common area Wi-Fi.
