Do I Qualify?

Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation builds and manages homes for very low-income families. A “very low-income” family generally is a family that earns 50 percent or less of the median family income for an area. For example, a family of four in Ventura County could earn no more than $70,350 to be considered a very low-income family. These limits vary depending on the size of the family and are adjusted each year. Actual qualifications also include other conditions that must be met in order to qualify.
