Project Summary
Bryant Street Apartments will be a Large Family supportive housing development reserved for Farmworker Families and low-income families who qualify for the Multifamily Housing Program. The Development will consist of 50 units, 49 reserved for low-income residents and 1 unit dedicated for the property manager. The distribution of unit sizes will include 10 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units & 16 three-bedroom units serving residents who are at or below 30% AMI or 50% AMI. The distribution of the different populations will include 19 units for Farmworker Households (Joe Serna Jr. FWHG) and 30 units reserved for low-income individuals. The property will contain the following project amenities: a meeting room, dining room, covered picnic areas, educational classes, charging station, service coordinator, community garden, laundry facility, on-site management, on-site maintenance, limited access gating, perimeter fencing, video surveillance, neighborhood network, non-shelter services, bike storage and common area Wi-Fi.
