Cabrillo is pleased to announce completion of its ground-breaking 24-unit multi-family farmworker rental units in Oxnard, California. This development represents the first farmworker housing complex to be completed in Oxnard's history and is a shining example of the power of cooperative community development.

The Meta Street Development sits in historic downtown Oxnard a few blocks from public bus and train transporation. The development is an example of the power of teamwork as local and state government as well as regional non-profits have moved to support the revitalization of the area in which Meta Street is situated.

Across the street is a new healthcare clinic run by Clinicas del Camino Real. By combining quality housing development with consideration of holistic issues such as health care, education, and transportation, Cabrillo and its partners are helping to open the door to a dramatically improved quality of life for famworkers and their families.
