Sycamore Homes, Ojai. 2003

Initial construction started in October 2000 on Sycamore Homes, a 24 home single family subdivision in Ojai. An additional home is being rehabilitated. All homes are affordable to low income buyers. Completed April 2003.

Sycamore Homes won the Southern California Association of Non Profit Housing (SCANPH) Project of the Year in 2003 in its Homeownership category.
