This project of 100 new units near Piru is replacement housing for 91 families who were evicted from the substandard farm labor camp at Rancho Sespe. The first phase of 50 units was completed and occupied in April 1990. The second phase of 50 units and a community center and preschool was completed and occupied in September 1993.
