Mountain View Homes, Moorpark. 2002-2004

Mountain View Homes is a 59 home single family subdivision in Moorpark. The development includes 15 homes affordable to low and very low income families. CEDC acquired the site from the Moorpark Redevelopment Agency, which is financing the site acquisition during construction. Wells Fargo Bank is the construction lender, and Washington Mutual Bank is the permanent lender for the affordable homes. Phase I consisting of 26 units was completed in 2003. Phase II, consisting of 33 units is currently in construction and is scheduled for completion in December of 2004.
