Completed in March 1993, this 21 unit affordable town home complex at 508 North Montgomery Street in Ojai, was developed to meet the housing needs of people who live and work in the Ojai Valley. It consists of two- and three-bedroom units for low income families. There are twelve three-bedroom units and nine two-bedroom units.

Affordability will be guaranteed for 55 years. The housing is organized as a limited equity housing cooperative. This structure allows for some of the benefits of home ownership as well as long term affordability. Property management is by CEDC.
