Fillmore Homes, Fillmore. 1997.

Completed on nine single family homes on scattered sites in Fillmore to be sold to low income families. The CEDC worked actively with the North Fillmore Neighborhood Council on the design of the six homes located in north Fillmore. The project also initiated the CEDC's home ownership counseling program. The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco selected Home Savings of America as its 1998 Federal Home Loan Bank System Community Partnership Award winner for Community Development, as exemplified by its partnership with Cabrillo on this development. The development was a finalist for the Fannie Mae Maxwell Award of Excellence.
