Colonia Santa Paula (CSP). 1983

CEDC assisted a local community group, the Colonia Santa Paula, in developing this unique 128-unit low-income home ownership development. The development replaced a farm labor camp of 87 substandard homes. No subsidy was involved. The development was made possible by CEDC, as it assisted the CSP in working through the predevelopment with the City of Santa Paula, a local builder, and the property owner.
