Villa Cesar Chavez is a 52-unit multifamily project serving low-income farmworker families. This development also includes six single-family homes for very-low and low income families built through Habitat for Humanity of Ventura County.

Villa Cesar Chavez is located at 381 E. Hueneme Rd. in Oxnard. Anticipated completion date is January 2006. The project will help meet the dire need for farmworker housing in Ventura County.

This rental development is managed by the CEDC Property Management Division.
