Cabrillo Homes, April 1988

Through its for profit subsidiary, Aliso Construction, the CEDC developed a 27 home moderate income subdivision on Los Cabos Lane in Ventura. Nine four bedroom homes were sold for $155,000 to moderate income families under the City of Ventura's Affordable Housing Program. These were three bedroom homes of 1350 square feet and four bedroom homes of 1450 square feet. The project was completed in April, 1988. Profits from the project help finance predevelopment for the CEDC's low income housing projects.
